Design proposals or concepts, are provided to the client which encompasses everything that is needed to pull the scheme together.

A full list of FF&E (fixtures, fittings and equipment) are provided for the area.

Usually an additional extra, these are created to give you a better understanding of the finished design in a realistic view.

Mood boards, product board and concept boards are used to convert the design style and concept to the client.

Along with our design scheme we will show you the tiles, flooring, paint and fabric samples which we have included in the design.

2D CAD plans are used to draw up layout options, lighting plans, elevations and sections of rooms / houses.
